Casey Bills
Co-Founder and CSO

Casey brings over eight years of hands on experience in managing large-scale retaining wall projects across Texas. His expertise has supported some of the nation's top developers, with project highlights including the New Globe Life Field in Arlington, Q2 Stadium in Austin, and Village Main in Dallas. Known for his strategic project oversight and commitment to quality, Casey continues to lead with a focus on precision, safety, and long-term durability in every build.

Ivan Zubieta
Co-Founder and COO

Ivan is a second-generation retaining wall expert who grew up immersed in the trade. The son of a retaining wall foreman, Ivan has dedicated his career to mastering the craft from the ground up. With a deep understanding of both the art and engineering behind retaining wall construction, he has led some of the most high-profile and technically demanding projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Ivan’s hands-on experience and problem-solving mindset make him a trusted leader in the field.
